When you join our waitlist, we collect the following:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shopping preference (Men / Women / Unisex)
  • Size and fit preference
  • Consent timestamp
  • A hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your IP address, used only for security and rate-limiting. We do not store your raw IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To add you to the Off Court founding member waitlist
  • To send you brand updates, early-access notifications, and launch communications
  • To understand size and fit demand before our first production run
  • To prevent spam and abuse on our forms

4. Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following services to operate our business. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Klaviyo

Our email marketing platform. Your email and profile data is transferred to Klaviyo servers in the United States. Klaviyo is subject to its own privacy policy at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice.

Cloudflare

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and our waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may process your data in accordance with its privacy policy.

Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible for website traffic analytics. Plausible is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required.

5. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist data until: (a) you withdraw your consent and request deletion, or (b) we have fulfilled the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@offcourt.shop.

6. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a data principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
  • File a grievance with our Grievance Officer
